I have been using the Bespoke Labs T3 tourmaline flat iron for approximately 5-6 years now, and from my personal experience/opinion there is no straightener that can compare! Due to my pleasant experience with the T3 brand, I decided to purchase the T3 Evolution Hair professional dryer. The dryer is quite a bit of an investment ($290cdn) so when I found it at a local Winners retailer for only $99.99, I had to pick it up !
The claimed benefits of the T3 Evolution 2000 watt Dryer include:
- The tourmaline technology, which seals the hair's moisture;reducing the amount of damage caused- leaving the hair shiny and frizz free
- The weight of the dryer is designed to be very ergonomically friendly: no more tired arms/hands !
- Speeds up the drying process by 70%
After using the dryer for a week, I was fairly pleased with the results. My hair was looking healthier, shinier, and the blow dryer lived up to almost all of it's claims ! On average my hair takes about 45 minutes to blow dry, and with the T3 Evolution it took around 25-30 minutes (including round brush styling after my hair was rough dried)
I was very hesitant about purchasing the T3 Evolution from Winners , because I wouldn't be able to sign up for a warrantee, but since it was such an incredible deal, in the moment I couldn't resist. After reading many reviews on different websites, There were countless complains about the blow-dryer's motor giving out after only a year of use. Since I didn't have a warrantee with the blow dryer, I decided to return it and purchase one from Sephora (with a warrantee) for an extra 200 dollars....
A few days later at a local hair salon, I had told one of the stylists about my experience with the T3, which was when she recommended the Avanti Ultra ceramic professional Blow dryer (which retails for approx. $200+).
The 1600 watt ceramic dryer guarantees a faster drying time, hot/powerful airflow, increased shine/gloss,reduced damage caused to the hair.
The hair dryer came with a one year warrantee, so I decided to go out on a wimb and take her recommendation...and I'm incredibly happy that I did !
I love it even more than the T3 evolution, the dryer lived up to all of it's claims, and then some ! I found the Avanti Ultra to give my hair significantly more volume (which is one of the main purposes of a blow dryer). There was a notable difference in my hairs overall appearance and health, and I think it's safe to say I'll never use another blow dryer again !
If I have one complaint about this dryer, it would have to be the weight. It does feel rather straining in comparison to the T3 evolution, but that aside, the Avanti Ultra is a flawless design.
